User profiles can be managed in Skilltree itself as well as synchronised from an external system, such as the Azure Active Directory.
If no external synchronisation is set up, you can add, edit or delete user profiles on the "Administration" page under "Employees".
If user accounts are synchronised with an external system, some editing functionalities may be deactivated. Changes to user profiles can then only be made in the source system. It is best to contact your administrator for this.
